Cleanliness could have been better.
Little bugs in the bath.
Dirt on the floor and behind the bedroom furniture - needed the plus socket to charge my phone - so moved the bedside table, rubbish, dust etc.

Location/ terrace/beds very comfy
Owner on hand immediately when I needed help getting in.
Would I stay here again. Yes. Location is brilliant.
But its not perfect. Lift didn't work, and someone that lives there told us it hasn't worked for months. 6 flights of stairs to 3rd floor ( communal stair carpet quite dirty)
No mirror in main bedroom. Bathroom could do with a grab rail as its quite a deep bath to step out of from the shower.. Balcony could do with some kind of light

location is great. place is comfortable
location is seedy at night. No dishwasher but we were expected to wash the dishes. One bathroom for two families. old clunky lift - difficult to get pushchairs in and out. old building

The location is 10/10 and the flat size etc layout it’s a beautiful property in the heart of Brighton
Upon arrival cleaners had left keys in another box travelling with children this was unacceptable as unable to then reach host. The cleanliness was below standard - cupboards sticky splatters clearly
NotHoovered at all huge hair balls etc. tv in bedroom not working or control not working washer dryer advertised washer dryer did not dry clothes. But the biggest thing was the cleaning it was not clean enough if cleaned at all
