Super emplacement dans une rue piétonne au centre de Tours Parking payant a proximité avec resto superbe les Halles vers la place donc safe pour le permis! Acces simple et fiable.reponse du bailleur rapide et agréable Attention escalier a déconseiller aux personnes peu mobiles Studio propre douche très agréable un seul bemol...le lit 140 peu confortable top pour 1 personne a 2 la qualité du sommier fait défaut. Coin cuisine sympa avec café offert.pas utilise mais appreciable

L emplacement est idéalement situé au niveau du centre ville. L accès aux restaurants et bars se fait au pied du logement. Les places de parking sont nombreuses et facilite le transport des bagages. Le logement est très bien équipé et fonctionnel avec tout ce qu il faut 😀. Je recommande !
Le vis à vis on doit laisser le rideau fermé et quelque chose qui ne me gêne pas mais pourrait ennuyer les gens au sommeil léger le bar juste en face avec pas mal de mouvement 😀
