Great overall stay. Very comfortable.

I've stayed here for almost 1.5 month on and off and love to stay here because how well the room gets refreshed everyday. For the price paid, not all hotels refresh the room. I enjoy the pool and spend a lot of my time swimming. I made a comment on my last survey on the hotel and mentioned that they didn't have 'hot' water for showering, but to my surprise they've made an improvement and now 'hot' water in shower!!! Yeaaaa!

My only issue is the staff need better training on keeping the floor swept on a daily basis. When I first checked in there was quite a bit of dirt on the floor and behind the nightstand. Not a deal breaker, but just better training on the staff.

Great place to stay

I like the Cove for location and price. Large rooms and comfortable beds. Ground keepers take great care of property.

No hot water in showers. There were in the regular bathroom sink faucet but not shower head.

Would not stay here again due to issues with the cleanliness of the facility, however nice staff.

I would not recommend staying here unfortunately. Although there seemed to be good reviews, I didn’t bother have a pleasant experience. I came at 2:30 when my check in time was at 2. They said my room wasn’t ready and I had to wait 30 minutes. The room itself is a little dirty, but later found it was infested with mosquitoes. Despite spraying the “complementary mosquito spray” which should’ve told me all I needed to know. The bed sheets had hair and blood stains….. however the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. In addition to this, I got snacks and medication for my friend that was supposed to be delivered to her room the following day. The staff did not give her the things that I asked them too.

Pool view room was a one of a kind experience! Absolutely recommend.

They gave us a free upgrade to a pool view room after knowing we traveled a long way to make it to the stay, the people who run this are really nice and made sure we had the best stay. The pool is amazing and something else! Highly recommend.
