Location great, cleanliness 10/10, beds very confortable. Owner lives downstairs and is very friendly and responsive.
It’s nice to stay in a real neighbourhood in the north of Antibes. Outdoor space is great with an upper patio plus a corner of the garden which you also park in.
There’s a small Carrefour nearby for essentials. There’s also a boulange.
We had a short walk under a storm drain to the beach where you can rent e-bikes.
Nice airport is only a short drive. The Biot train station is nearby. It’s a really great location.
We loved the leafy neighbourhood.
The neighbourhood is quiet at nighttime.
This feels like a space purely intended for holiday rental, hence the kitchen is functional but probably wouldn’t be comfortable for lots of cooking and dining. Likewise the living room had a couple of very comfortable sofas, but there isn’t much atmosphere with the decor. This wasn’t an issue for us because we really used the apartment as a nice base, but didn’t spend too much time there. Having some coffee pods for the machine on the first morning would have been nice. Some more mirrors in the house would be helpful when there’s a few of you staying. Having said all of this as hopefully helpful feedback… , the experience was lovely; Unal was a super host and we would like to come back.
