The property was in a convenient and quiet neighborhood and was very clean and comfortable for our family of 6. We also had some family come visit for dinner and smores and it didn't feel cramped at all even with the extra people. The firepit was a great gathering place to hang out and enjoy the cool weather. The house came equipped with everything we needed from bathroom toiletries to kitchen essentials. The kids enjoyed the projector and the board games provided were also a nice touch. We had an issue with the billing, but they were very helpful and got everything squared away before we even left the property. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had.
There was a carport for parking, but it was a little small for our vehicle. The owners were fine with us parking in the grass right out front though.

Beds were comfortable. House was clean.
There is a family that lives upstairs. That should have been disclosed in the description of the booking. Kinda weird to be enjoying the fire pit and seeing someone staring at you through the window upstairs. No wash clothes. There was old moldy coffee in the coffee pot. Day of leaving I was about to go enjoy my coffee by the fire pit at 8:30 am and the lady upstairs and some guy was doing yard work and had removed the chairs and was in that area. Check out was at 10 mind you.. Very unprofessional to do.
