I rented this property for one night prior to a carnival cruise out of Jaxport. This property was perfect. Its a quite neighborhood, easy access and location was great. Host was quick to respond to any needs we had.We got a good nights rest before a short 20min drive to the port on boarding day.

The place was very comfortable (loved the beds) and well decorated. It was also in a very nice neighborhood. One point off due to train and traffic noise while outside, but inside was very quiet and could only faintly hear the train. Donnie was great to work with and even mailed something to me that I had forgotten. Thanks Donnie! Would have no problem staying here again!

Donnie had a family emergency the night before we checked in. They were in the middle of installing flooring and that was unable to be completed. No problem, we hardly noticed. He offered a full refund should we prefer to go elsewhere. That would have been more of a hassle than it was worth. But the house was not very clean overall. Donnie was quick to respond and refunded a good portion of what we paid. I also suggest stocking basic essentials. There were no ziplocs or foil, etc. and no cleaning supplies other than dish soap. The neighborhood was darling and felt very safe. The pizza place within walking distance was outstanding.
