Property is extremely pet friendly. Hugh fenced in backyard (6 foot privacy fence) Screened in back porch with very nice exercise equipment available to use. TV's in every bedroom. Towels, soap, shampoo all provided. Really nice kruag coffee pot. Microwave, dishwasher, massive refrigerator with ice maker. I would definitely rent this house again for future trips. The hosts were extremely friendly and cordial. I also highly recommend them as well. The pictures meet the expectations 100%.

Everything was great! Very family friendly, and perfect for our little dog. Plenty of room to spread out.Location was very close to NAS Jacksonville.

We absolutely loved the layout of this house! It was nice and spacious with plenty of room for our father and 2 dogs. It's an older house but it's obvious that lots of care was put into it and it is very modern with the updates. We particularly loved the large screened in back porch and the very private fenced-in backyard. Communication with the property manager was great! We were concerned about the gap at the bottom of the fence, but thankfully our dogs stayed put and no unwanted visitors (alligators, etc) showed up. We would have preferred to stay closer to the beach, but otherwise everything was great!
