Very friendly and polite staff. Plenty of food and drinks. Catered to cover range of palate. plenty of swimming option and water adventures for kids. Kids club facility.
Very limited lift facility.
Location bit far from Medina and airport. Shuttle is available to Medina but needs to be booked in advance with limited seats.
Rooms 4 star, but there was really bad smell every morning and despite asking the reception repeatedly nothing was done.
People waste food but that happens with a buffet style serving.
Wifi has few weak spots including room.

Friendly staff, good main pool and option of waterpark. Good it had a padel court and football pitch.
Food options very limited, waterpark pool was very dirty, went to reception several times about the smell and drainage but wasn’t resolved, also showers were blocked for 5 out of my 6 days i have pictures of this.

Really good facilities which suited everyone in the family- padel courts, plenty of swimming pools and a large football pitch
Very poor service. Staff were rude and unresponsive, and also severely inefficient which mesnt queues everywhere for food e.g. omelette station, fresh pizza, coffee bars etc
