Pb de clim dans la suite

Le personnel était aux petits soins. Notre séjour là-bas était un havre de paix et nous étions enfermés. Tout le monde était à notre service et tout fait pour que nous passions un excellent moment. Je recommande 1000 fois ce lieu.

Le seul bémol, je dirais les femmes de ménage qui ne savaient pas utiliser l’aspirateur et faisais du ménage de surface Le tapis était sale et avec un bébé qui marche à 4 pattes c était moyen

Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but I think it’s important to give an honest review\. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the staff\. Everyone was genuinely kind, welcoming, and eager to help\. One evening I wanted to have a drink, but they had run out of alcohol because they had hosted an event the day before\. Instead of simply apologizing, they arranged a driver to take me to another hotel where I could have dinner and a drink\. They took care of everything, and I really appreciated that thoughtful gesture\. The lobby has been renovated and looks beautiful, and I was also fortunate to have a modern, comfortable bedroom\. However, the rest of the hotel is clearly showing its age\. The bathroom was extremely old, with peeling paint and signs of wear throughout\. The pool and many of the facilities also felt outdated and in need of renovation\. It seems that only certain parts of the hotel have been updated, while much of the property remains in its original condition\. One concern was the room doors\. Mine did not close properly, and I also overheard other guests complaining that they couldn’t properly close or lock their room doors\. I think this is something that should be addressed as a priority\. Overall, the staff’s kindness and professionalism made a very positive impression, but the hotel itself would benefit greatly from a complete renovation to match the quality of the service
