Beds were comfy and it was nice spacious rooms
the shower was awful and awkward to use, the sofa was broken and made it uncomfortable to sit on. Not that we used it but the garden needs done was very overgrown and run down

The location for the excel is fantastic, it really is a 5minute walk from the north entrance and the Custom House tube station. Also having a car parking space is fantastic.
The host was lovely, we had an issue with the boiler and they rang us within 15minutes to fix it :)
The sofa really needs replacing as it’s very uncomfortable. The matresses are also not the best. Things like putting a sharp knife in the kitchen and hand towels in the bathroom would also be helpful.

The place is quite spacious, which made it comfortable for a group stay. The location is also convenient, being close to a metro stop, the neighborhood is quiet. The place is well-equipped with the essentials, which we appreciated.
The cleanliness was not up to standard, which was disappointing upon arrival. The yard was not maintained, so we couldn’t really use it as expected. The furniture is quite worn out, especially the sofa, which was not suitable for sleeping at all. Additionally, there were not enough towels provided for the group, although this was less of an issue since some of us had brought our own.
