I love the Location. It is on the same side of the famous Masjid Jamek (a Congregational Praying place for Muslims). The hotel is in the very first building once you step out of the LRT station. Friendly staff, spacious and quite clean room appeal a lot to me.
Well, the bathroom and toilet area are clean. Nevertheless, the toilet bowl in particular seems to be a bit old (but not dirty at all).
Staff on the ground floors are friendly and warm; however, those who often clean the common areas and sort of the lounge often talked and sang songs among each other very loudly, even during late nights and early mornings.

I stayed at this hotel with my family and we had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family trip. The location was also convenient, close to many attractions and restaurants. We really enjoyed the facilities, especially the swimming pool and breakfast buffet. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for families!
