    A week into a 3-week stay, first the positives. The staff here is great, no complaints there. Security, door staff, housekeeping, all polite and helpful, 5-star. Rooms are clean and spacious, good size for an extended stay. Shower could use a scrub, but nothing major. The AC is good overall, one catch: the unit in the living room smells, so I have to cool the living room and kitchen using the kitchen AC instead, which works fine but is louder. Kitchen is a nice bonus for an extended stay. There's a dishwasher (bring your own tabs, none supplied), plus a separate washer and dryer (they do supply powder for that). You get an oven, one small pot, one medium frying pan, and silverware and plates for two. It's enough for two people to use per day, but you'll be washing as you go since there's no backup set. Now the negatives. The soundproofing is bad. Bad enough that it's affecting my whole stay. ☹️My upstairs neighbors sound like they stomp and yell any time they're in the room. I can hear housekeeping working the floor above me straight through my ceiling. I've also had a run of nights with a next-door neighbor whose TV and voices come right through the wall like it isn't there. I wish I could say that it was just bad luck with one noisy guest, the same set it might be the building, the walls and ceilings are apparently that thin. Fortunately I only share one wall on this floor, the rest are independent, so it's just the one neighbor I must endure. But the ceiling noise is unavoidable. One important note for future guests: I specifically requested a quiet room, and I still ended up on a lower floor, which means road noise on top of everything else. If a quiet room matters to you, ask specifically for a higher floor, not just "quiet," because that request alone will not give you a quiet room. Bottom line: if you're only staying a couple of nights, you might not notice or care in the room itself is nice. For anything longer, I wish I could recommend it without reservation. Great service and a solid kitchen setup can't make up for not being able to get quiet in your own room, day or night.

    This is the best serviced apartment in KL we have stayed in so far. The room was spacious and had all facilities we could need. All staff were always polite and helpful. Only a short walk from Bukit Bintang area, far enough away from the busy nightlife. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

    Deposit amount is quite not make sense at all. Staff is rude and not supposed to work in front desk especially the woman (not wearing hijab) the men are fine but the woman, rude and unpleasant. Love the room, the location and all. But, yeah will make me to think again if I want to revisit or not. Staff is judging as hell.
