    Room was comfortable, but pillow was too soft. Staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel is located in Bukit Bintang, opposite Pavilion KL which makes it very convenient. Breakfast spread was good even though it can get very packed in the morning.

    JW Marriott KL was amazing. We stayed for 3 nights. Spacious room. We had twin bed and its a size of a queen. Comfortable bed, attendtive staff, excellent breakfast spread, good clean aircon in the room and lobby. Pool and the gym good soze. We will return.

    Unfortunately, my stay at JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur was very disappointing. The staff were not friendly or welcoming, and the service did not feel like the standard expected from a JW Marriott property. From check-in onward, there was very little warmth or professionalism. Although I booked through Agoda and showed my booking confirmation, the reservation was not reflected in the hotel’s system. I was asked to wait until it appeared, which was frustrating and inconvenient. no welcome drink a small gesture serving chilled drink till waiting time ! Breakfast was also extremely chaotic, with poor organization and an unpleasant dining experience. Considering the high room rates, I expected much better service, smoother arrangements, and genuine staff friendliness. Sadly, the only thing that felt “JW Marriott” was the entrance signage ! looks like living in mall
