Amazing staff, GREAT VIEW saved money by looking at the view from the sky deck and sky gym instead of wasting it at the twin towers. Fantastic pool. Our room was beautiful and had the best views as well.

Other people staying weren’t very quiet and were loud at night. Not the hotels fault just the patrons.

I like that the location is just perfect - you can see all major and famous buildings literally from the hotel's rooftop. For such money, I think it is more than a great hotel.

The only unpleasant moment was the low pressure and cold water in the shower

Excellent location and value for money, the rooftop pool is unreal! It was great to have the Bila Bila shop at reception. Our room was comfortable with a beautiful view.

The elevators can be a bit slow but it is 39 floors so that's to be expected. Pity there is no cafe or bar in the building anymore.

The location. Very safe area and it was easy to call Grab there. Also walking distance [10ish minutes] to China Town, bar street and food street are extremely close.

I have never wrote a single rating in my life, but I think some issues need to be highlighted here. In general, the building has seen better days by to pit it politely. I genuinely don’t understand how this hotel can have the current star rating. First of all, the room was not properly cleaned and the biggest problem is that the bed linen was not clean. The air conditioning was leaking, water was ripping. The maintenance staff fixed it quickly, but after that there was some sort of debris coming out of the machine. Windows are so dirty you cannot see the view. Secondly, there’s a smell coming out of the toilet nonstop. If you forget to close the lid, it’s almost unbearable. Last but not least, the staff. Let’s say they are not welcoming to be diplomatic. Rooftop bar staff couldn’t care less, they are busy on their phone and talking to each other instead of taking your order for example. Also, when I found dirt on my linen and I asked for a room change or a little cleaning, the staff member asked for PROOF. Excuse me, is this the Scotland Yard? If I took a close up picture, how should I prove that’s not some other linen anyway? Ridiculous. Learn some manners if you would like to make a living based on tourism.
