Our first stay at "The Louie" and we are hooked. #6 is more like a small apartment, with a full kitchen, a huge walk-in shower, a comfortable living room, and tons of storage. Beautifully decorated, the turntable, vinyl selection, two radios (very cool), and two TVs mean you can not get bored. The hardest part is enjoying all of this when it is located right in the heart of the Nye Beach Neighborhood. From the charming and delicious Spanish Tapas Bar across the street to all the cafes, shops, and options within an easy walk, you are in the middle of it all. This is a beautiful stay in a beautiful area.
As an added bonus, the process is 100% remote, so no check-in lines, etc. The one staff member we chatted with, on-site, was very friendly, and any assistance we needed was a phone call away. Property Mgmt. communicates very effectively, with regular updates, and we were even able to check in over 2 hours early.
A very small suggestion is that each unit should have at least one reserved parking spot. There are six units and only 3 spots, plus one handicapped spot, so I'm not sure this is possible, though. We had no issue parking on the street in front of the property, but this is off-season. I can see parking being a big frustration during peak season.
