    Our grand kids had a great time in the rather small pool. The unit was dated, and in need of painting, and many other things to make it nice. Everything seemed old and used. The front porch had a board that had fallen off. Not a safety concern, but showed a lack of care in maitenance. The resort was priced less than most other places in Newport, so woth the money, but sad to see it in such poor repair.
