We loved the house, the layout was great. We loved the hot tub. Lots of space for 8 people. Appliances were good. Location perfect.
There was no freezer, no firelighters, no lighters that worked. No dustpan and brush or hoover (so when we'd been in the hot tub there was grass in the house that we couldn't actually clean up unless we picked up every single strand) no kitchen roll.
I messaged the person that WhatsApped me at the start of the holiday asking if there was firelighters anywhere and didn't get a response even though they did say they'd be available day or night.

It is lovely , clean spacious and warm with fires
To improve the experience even further:
A path to the hot tub.
Microwave maybe.
Easier access to the WiFi password as had to ring and ask for this.
The key code to the door adjacent to the car park or clear instructions to use the code given only at the front door on initial arrival as we had to ring for advice as could not get in and dark raining at the time.
Thank you
