The swimming pool. The pub. The games room
Some staff were not very friendly at all. Young i know but a smile and a conversation is always nice.

Exceeded expectations. Great accommodation in a fantastic location
Nothing we didn't like.

Loved the nature and whole look of the Park is stunning.
Food wasn’t great, very basic.
Prices were quite steep with drinks and food for what you got.
We had no water for 1 whole day( due to outside pipe damage) .
Would have being better to have a local shop on site also for the basics.

Location, facilities were great.
Everyone checking in at 3pm, made checking in very chaotic as everyone queuing plus amount cars parked outside felt wasn’t ideal. Felt could have been a little flex on timings within 30mins to stagger this. As I had mobility issues getting parked close to reception was an added issue for me plus the long queue. Also hot tub was surrounded by trees which is beautiful and stunning views, however debris from the trees floating in the HT while in did dampen luxury vibe, netting overhead might help this.
