The size, location, interiors and furnitures and beautiful views of the Sumida river and the sky tree.
Check in information arrived pretty late for a property that doesn’t have staff onsite. Also, a few more kitchen utensils would have been great

Location was great
It was mentioned as 3 bedroom apartment but only 2 bedrooms with 2 double bed each were there + drawing room and a kitchenette in the hallway towards bedrooms. It was a wrong/false declaration of calling it a 3 bedroom apartment. And with 8 people it was cramped up. Also both bedroom aircons had some wrong setting which we couldn’t change even with assistance from Host. Thankfully they worked enough to keep the rooms cool but could be set-up better. Some broken edges in furniture, which we reported to host on checking -in.
