My family of 6 adults stayed here in Aug 2024. We’ve stayed in many large villas in this area of Cala D’Or & this one compared favourably with the others.
The outside areas are excellent, more than enough comfortable sun beds which are not cramped together, a lovely deep pool & an outside dining table on the veranda which we used for lunch. My 4 adult children spent a lot of time out here.
Inside the main double bedroom upstairs is a little dated and the bathroom could do with a refresh but a good room with good aircon and we slept well. The two double bedrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) were good and the bathrooms looked to have been updated recently, the aircon again was excellent.
Downstairs there is only aircon in the TV room which was an excellent cool down and chill room.
Main seating area was fine for 6.
Kitchen had everything you’d need to prepare any type of meal for 10 people & an inside dining table which we used on a rainy day.
I had expected there is to a washing machine & a dryer but there is only a WM. That would have been fine but we had rain on the Thursday so no chance to wash & dry outside.
I chose this villa as the location is excellent, a 5 minute walk from the main town strip & the marina.
I was surprised to find an open air tapas restaurant opposite our front door but we were never disturbed by the music or guests and had an excellent evening there when rain prevented us going further afield.
Overall this is an excellent villa & I would return

Really enjoyed our week stay in the Villa ,the location of the property was fantastic. The pool area and the Al fresco dining area was great.Personally a little surprised that the towels weren't replaced or extra towels given initially during our stay. One of the single beds in the downstairs twin needs replacing as very squeaky.Otherwise an excellent experience would certainly return. The whole family had a great holiday
