The estate covers 22,000 square metres with the almond and olive trees, fig trees and magnificent carob trees that provide shade. An ideal place to experience unforgettable holidays in harmony with nature. A short walk takes you to Portopetro, 600 metres away, where inviting restaurants await you directly at the clearly laid out fishing harbour. A small supermarket, individual boutiques and 2 small sandy bays can be found here and a walk along the harbour promenade rounds off a warm summer evening. The nearby Mondragó nature reserve offers several short hiking routes and Caribbean beaches just 2 kilometres away, such as Cala Mondragó or S'Amarador. The tourist resort of Cala D'Or is 4 km away and offers 7 more sandy coves, a countless variety of restaurants, as well as the exclusive marina
Mondragó Duri is a fabulous property of high standard, whose origins date back 300 years. The house has been completely renovated; the result is immaculate and sophisticated accommodation with heating throughout and air conditioning in the bedrooms. High rooms with wooden beamed ceilings and dry stone walls maintain the rustic ambience. In Mondragó Duri you are surrounded by a relaxing flair in all the rooms, each with its own style and some of which have been converted into exceptionally spacious suites. On the ground floor, you are greeted by a spacious entrance with antique furniture. The open-plan living room offers a fantastic sofa area from which you can enjoy a football match or a film on the large flat-screen TV. From the living room you have access to the rear terrace and the spacious kitchen, which also has terrace access. A pantry and a spectacular dining table make the kitchen a favourite meeting place in the property. Next to the kitchen is a simple guest shower room and from the living room there is access to a wheelchair-accessible guest toilet. On the ground floor you will also find a beautiful suite with double bed, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower, as well as access to the outside area. The second bedroom, furnished with 2 single beds, is also spacious and has an en-suite shower room. On the upper floor there are two marvellous suites, both with double beds, en-suite feel-good bathrooms with Jacuzzi baths and separate showers. One of the two suites also offers a private terrace with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and, last but not least, the shower has a hydromassage system. The 5th bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The 6th bedroom is located in an attractive annex close to the pool and has a single bed and en-suite shower room as well as a lovely covered terrace.
The outside area is wonderful, large and relaxing. The house was built in an undeveloped area surrounded by almond trees, fig trees and carob trees. At the front of the house, a few palm trees and banana trees create a Mediterranean ambience. Next to it is a carefully tended rose garden. The pool area lets you forget your stressful working life by swimming a few laps in the 5 x 12 metre pool with brick steps or sunbathing on the beautiful terrace or in the lawn garden. There is a 0.5 metre deep paddling pool for children. A brick-built barbecue allows you to enjoy al fresco dining. There is a table tennis table on a covered terrace next to the house for sporting activities.
