Villa for 14 people with swimming pool, jacuzzi, volleyball court and play area just 10 minutes’ walk from the beautiful harbour of Portopetro. Perfect for families with children and groups of friends.
Back in 1980 a young man from Santanyí, with great effort and dedication, built Castell des Paradís. Nearly 40 years later, with his family’s support, the villa went through an ambitious modernisation. Each of us has put special care to create this cosy paradise where you can rest and enjoy your well-deserved holidays.
The house has 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms (1 hydromassage shower), 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens distributed across 3 floors. There are 3 terraces, one at the roof, another at street level, and another by the pool. Other than a standard depth pool, there is also a children's pool (4.5m x 3m; depth: 80-90cm) with a separate jacuzzi area (2m x 3m; depth: 90cm). Both are salt-water pools. This property of 250 m² has access to about 3.200 m² of land.
Portopetro is a little fishermen’s harbour in south-eastern Mallorca where you can find traditional restaurants and delicious seafood. It is also the departure point of tourist boats visiting the surrounding areas, such as Cala Mondragó and s’Amarador, two stunning turquoise blue sea beaches close to the villa.
The villa is just 10 minutes’ walk from the bus stop. You can get to many interesting places by bus, such as Cala d'Or (shopping area, beaches and restaurants, 10 minutes, 4 km), Mondragó Natural Park (10 minutes, 3 km), Santanyí (15 minutes, 12 km), Aqualand (water park, 75 minutes, 48 km) and Palma (80 minutes, 59 km).
Other highlights: Vall d’Or Golf (11 km), Cala Figuera (16 km), Drach Caves (28 km), Valldemossa (78 km).
How to arrive from the airport?
The most comfortable way to arrive to the house is by car or taxi. The journey lasts approximately 50 minutes.
Even though we support public transport use as much as possible, please note that the connection between the airport and Portopetro is limited. You can arrive by bus accessing the Intermodal Station (Palma Center) with an EMT bus and, from there, you can take TIB line 501 (Airport > Palma Intermodal Station > Portopetro). We had a wonderful holiday the villa suited all ages from adults to teens to younger ones , the pool area was perfect as was the outside eating area , the location was perfect as it was very quiet but only a ten minute walk to the port or a few miles in the car to Cala d’Or the teenagers often used the bus which was great as the bus stop was on the main road just below the villa

Wonderful holiday! Property was in perfect location for family holiday./ birthday celebration. Close to all amenities. Had a large group of fourteen people( adults and children), Property was easily large enough to accommodate us all, both inside and out. Garden/ outdoor area perfect, pool area nice, wonderful views. Our host Pedro was helpful and communication was very good. Would highly recommend and stay there again.

Pedro our host was very accommodating and communicative- Location near Portopetro was very convenient for restaurants - nearby beaches and towns -The home was very clean and with many bedrooms and bathrooms served the family needs perfectly- The large outside table was able to seat all 13 family members -for meals and gatherings-abonus
