About this villa rental
Staying at this villa will make you stop and enjoy! The outdoor areas are very inviting to relax in the beautiful south European weather whilst the private pool, basketball net, football table and large plot with medronho trees offer entertainment for all ages. Three bedrooms offer space for 6 people. The good sized living room has a cosy fire place, TV and central heating is available throughout the house.
There are 3 bedrooms of which on is en suite and the two others share a communal bathroom. The living room opens out onto the back yard where the private pool is plus the are with the medronho and pine trees and further relaxation to forget the roof terrace! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the household machines and crockery and cutlery. The outdoor areas are excellent, offering various of opportunities to enjoy the Portuguese sun throughout the day!
The guests will have access to the house, pool and garage where the washing machine and dryer are located. The house is on a private plot that is surrounded by a fence and closed at the front by a large and small gate.
The property manager will meet you upon your arrival to show you around and hand over the key. He is available 24/7 in case of problems.
The villa is located in a green area and within a 15 mins walk from the Rota Vicentina track. The small supermarket and restaurants are within a 10 minutes walk or a 1 min drive.
A car is certainly essential here as there is no public transport to and from Vale da Telha.

Very comfortable property in pleasant area. Our only comment relates to the directions for finding it. These said that the villa was the 4th house after the left fork - it was in fact the 4th block (probably 8th house). Changing this may avoid future confusion, though the plot number was correct.

Excellent house, with very good localization, near some of the most recommended beaches in Alentejo/Algarve. Supermarket nearby. Next year i´m in again!
