About this villa rental
Villa Marondina offers lots of comfort plus a beautiful south west facing secluded garden and private pool to enjoy the Portuguese sun throughout the day. With a great BBQ area with work top and sink, al fresco dining is a must!
Finished to a high standard and equipped with all modern technology (Wifi Internet, satellite TV, DVD-player) you will find this villa to be the perfect place to come home to after a day on the beach or exploring the beautiful region of the Algarve and the west coast.
The nearest beaches with their dramatic coastlines are Arrifana and Monte Clérigo, both within a 10 mins drive. The historic town of Aljezur offers all amenities such as a larger supermarket, post office, tourist information, health centre and is within a 10 mins drive.
There are 2 restaurants and a mini-market with daily fresh bread within a few mins. drive.
The first floor (back garden level) has a spacious lounge with a seating area for 6 and a dining table for 8. The open plan kitchen leads out onto the terrace and is equipped with all the white goods such as dish washer, oven, hob, kettle, coffee machine etc. On this level you will also find two of the three bedrooms. One is the master en suite and the other has a two single beds. The communal bathroom is also on this level. The stairs lead down to the street level where you will find the basement with separate exterior entrance where natural light comes from. This level comprises of an en suite bedroom with a double bed and the Gym with a punch ball, treadmill, Yoga matt and Yoga ball plus the washing machine.
The property is constructed in 2009 and finished to high standards. The bathroom in the master en suite has both a bath and a shower, the property is foreseen with underfloor heating. There's an easy access from the lounge and the kitchen into the garden and pool area surrounded by large sun deck. The secluded garden is south west facing providing sun throughout the day.
Located within the natural park there are plenty of outdoor activities to be done such as mountain biking, surfing, hiking, horse riding and much more. The town of Aljezur is historical with its Moorish castle but also the people that are still working on the land with ploughs and ox.

Wir habe zu viert (2 Paare) eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht.
Es war sehr sauber, ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine gute Lage zu den Stränden.
