Charming Apartment in Chiado - Lisboa

A localização é excelente. O apartamento é bastante espaçoso e com bastante infraestrutura adequada a você se sentir em casa durante o período de estadia, conta com diversos recursos na cozinha para facilitar a nossa vida.

Apesar dos pontos positivos o apartamento apresenta uma séria de inconveniências que impactou no nosso conforto. . Alguns cômodos com luzes queimadas e pouca iluminação, o piso do apartamento é todo em sinteco/taco, e está extremamente barulhento, cada passo é faz um barulho que se escuta na casa toda. Só disponibilizaram uma chave para 4 hóspedes, isso dificulta a mobilidade das pessoas e somado a isso o interfone do apartamento não está funcionando.

Nice location and very big appartment. A large and a small balcony are also on the facility and the sun shines in the moring on the small one which is perfect for breakfast☺️

Some walls could use a little repaint, but all in all it was a very great appartment!

Most Squeeky floor we have ever seen! Going to the bathroom at night surely wakes up everyone in the apartment…. The lock to get into the apartment building is very tricky (and we are used to dealing with tricky locks!) - multiple times thought we would have to call someone to open the door - not a good feeling when coming back late at night….

Die Lage ist extrem gut, das Apartment befindet sich mitten im Herzen von Lissabon! Für den Preis kann man sich wirklich nicht beschweren, das Apartment ist sehr gross und hat viel Platz. Die zwei Badezimmer und Better waren auch gut uns bequem.

Es war nicht zu 100% sauber, was aber an sich kein Problem war. Schlimm war, dass wir mit dem Gastgeber abgemacht hatten, dass die Schlüsselübergabe um 14:00 Uhr vor dem Apartment stattfindet und sich bis 15:40 Uhr niemand blicken liess. Die Kommunikation mit dem Concierge hat stattgefunden, er verschob seine Ankunft jedoch immer um 10 Min zurück, woraus schlussendlich über 1 1/2h Verspätung wurde. Diese schlechte Kommunikation (und auch Ausreden von einem verlorenen Handy) haben den Start unserer Reise wirklich zerstört und wir haben viel Zeit dadurch verloren.
