Location and Value for money. Host is wonderful. Host also stacked some vegetables in the fridge in case its required, which shows the care of host towards the guest. I had little problems and host arrived in 10 minutes. Overall it's good Experience..

the location is goo.
The flat needs a serious refurbishment very soon. The bathroom is a precarious situation. Flooring board around the whole flat is not in good condition although, having new carpet on doesn't hide the fact that it is not in a good condition.
