Seaside 3 Bedroom Home

Generally a great little house. Very comfortable, good location once we got the hang of the Loop bus and good value for money. The shower worked fine for us and the kitchen was well equipped.

There were some stains on the carpet which I took photos of as I didn't want to be blamed! One broken and taped up window. Kitchen lights need new bulbs as only 3 out of 12 worked so rather dark in there at night. One bedroom seemed to have no light switch for the main overhead light tho there was a bedside lamp so that was ok. Wifi didn't seem to work which wasn't too much of a problem for us but might be for others.. Some of the dining room chairs have wobbly unsafe legs. Instructions as to how to lock the front door and the back door when you're in the house would be useful but we figured it out. A breadboard for making sandwiches would be great and a broom and dustpan and brush for sweeping the kitchen would also be useful.

It was fine

The house was a good size. Large dining area, good sized bedrooms, the kitchen was decent and nice new bathroom. It is in a residential street so not near the beach, but Aldi near by. It was good as a base to explore Ramsgate, Margate and Broadstairs by car which are all beautiful places to see. The weather was great and we did enjoy the break.

There was a broken window in the one of the rooms which was taped up. The windows could not be opened. There was lots of rubbish in the front garden. The back garden was a decent size but nowhere to sit or any tables and chairs. Limited resources in the kitchen. No dust pan and brush or iron. The carpets were marked. Light in the kitchen and large bedroom did not exist. The wifi didn't work. It was not quite ready to take guests. with some fixtures it can be an okay house.
