Station house

The house was very clean and homely. Every detail was thought out to make the guests feel welcomed (boardgames, books, milk, biscuits etc.). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Just a few blocks down from fje station and a nice 20 minute walk to the beach. If we decide to visit Ramsgate again, we will be staying here again for sure!

This house was as clean as a new pin and the kind host left us some milk, some biscuits and (most impawtantly!) some yummy treats for the two dogs. Really good secure garden at the back and a nice gated garden at the front, which meant it was set back from the road. We had everything we needed and the handy location means it's within a few steps of the amazing 'Loop Bus', which enabled us to easily take a trip around to Margate and Broadstairs. We were blessed with perfect weather, which always helps. The beach was near enough to walk to, although we tended to drive to the dog-friendly East Cliff beach, with free parking up on the top road. A wonderful beach, plus nearby parks, so it was lovely for dogs. We all enjoyed swimming in the sea! Can also recommend Kingsgate beach. We parked at Botany Bay and it's just a very short walk.

Of course the trains are a bit noisy, but that is inevitable if one chooses to stay in a property in Station Approach! There is no dishwasher, but that wasn't a problem. No downstairs loo, but we already knew that. These are minor details, there really wasn't anything I didn't like.
