Home in Old Town with stunning views

Un appartement spacieux, lumineux et très bien situé pour manger, visiter et se déplacer rapidement.

Plusieurs choses n’étaient pas mentionnées sur l’annonce comme le fait que l’appartement est au 4e étage sans ascenseur, des bars/restaurants au pied de l’immeuble, le métro bruyant qui passe en face et les travaux de construction d’un pont en face (pour la vue, ce n’était pas la même que sur les photos…), pas de rideaux occultants dans le salon pour dormir, un lit « cassé » pas réparé alors que lu dans des commentaires précédents. L’appartement est bien celui sur les photos de l’annonce mais bien plus « défraîchi », des photos plus récentes seraient plus justes…

Coole, zweckmässige Wohnung. Zentral gelegen. Unten im Gebäude befinden sich zwei Pubs. Wenn das Wetter schön ist, sind die richtig gefüllt bis spät in die Nacht. Es entsteht ein rechter Geräuschpegel.

Bad braucht demnächst eine Auffrischung

Location is top notch with a wonderful view on the city centre. The apartment is spacious with plenty of windows in all directions. Both bedrooms have the "view" as advertised.

This is not really a complaint but rather a list of nuances you should be aware of: 1) You can briefly stop your car near the entrance to unload your luggage and then drive to the parking garage under the palace square (Slottsbacken, P-Hus). Don't forget to install any local parking app to be able to pay. The garage doors will open automatically when you are close enough with your car. Do drive out you'll need to ender the garage from the same door, but there is a gotcha on how to walk into the garage - during work days the doors can be opened by hand. On Sunday, however, you might need to ask someone to drive to the door to trigger the opening. 2) The apartment is on the top floor and the building has no elevators. Hence, be sure you come with someone who can carry your staff up. 3) To get apartment you'll have to use three = 3 door codes: entrance, staircase, and apartment code
