The location was great for our needs. The property was very spacious. We had one small issue and it was rectified very swiftly, staff very responsive

The property felt a bit "unloved". The sofa bed was not comfortable. There was an issue with the door code to get in. It was rectified quickly but it was frustrating and a disappointing start

Location was excellent, right in the middle of old town

Interior of apartment was dim, dreary and run down. It has a stale smell hanging in the air and the place definitely needs to be aired and freshened up. The rocking chair was broken but still left there for whatever reason. The bathroom is small,l and without an elevated bath area, therefore bath water just flows to the rest of the bathroom making the place all wet.

Charming and historic feel. Unbelievable location.

Bathroom’s a little awkward, but that’s part of the charm. No real complaint.

Location was good.

- Despite anticipating the noise given the location, we were disappointed with a lack of isolation, and had no proper rest during our stay. Which also leads to the next issue; - We were provided with 2 ventilators/fans to stir the air, because window (just one), can barely be opened. Absolute nightmare, as the room gets hot and stuffy in few minutes without fan. That and noise during the night (from the street and the fan), provided an exceptional expirience; - We stayed for 5 nights, but we only got one pair of towels per person for the entire stay; - Only one tea towel was provided for 5 night stay, and no paper tissues; - Sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable and noisy. Try to move at night and not to wake up someone! - The appartement is similar to a dungeon - even in the middle of the day, and you need to light up all the lamps to get bare minimum of light in kitchen and dining area. - Bathroom deserves its own paragraph, but will try to summarize - damp, no ventilation, lots of mold, and also has a water tank, so you need to wait for the water to heat up after using it all. Drainage is poor, so after shower you need to clean it up with the provided tools. No conditioner or hair shampoo was provided. Entrance is also right in the kitchen; - Rocking chair in the living room is broken, but still hanging there, I guess to complement this dated look and feel; - The house hallway was smelly, also you can smell food from the nearby restaurants. Out of owners control, but good to know if you get bothered by this; - No instructions on where to dispose garbage at all (important for longer stays); - Alltogether this was poor expirience for us, and rated passable just because of location. We contacted property management, as we could barely breathe in the room as we checked in, wanting to find an alternative by either cancelling the stay or getting a discount (as propery did not match fully with the description).
