The apartment is surrounded by water, greenery, and parks. It features a newly renovated, spacious open floor plan with high ceilings. It features a large, fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking utensils and a Nespresso coffee machine. Bedroom 2 includes a private office space. There are two bedrooms with king-size beds and three air mattresses available for use if needed. There is one newly renovated bathroom with a waterfall shower. There is a fully fenced shared backyard with grass and patio furniture. Paid street parking is available outside the property, which is free in the evenings and on weekends.

Let’s start with the good. The location is excellent easily accessible to the train, a nice walkable area. Unfortunately, things that could’ve been better property itself was well laid out, however amenities provided by host could have been better. The towels amd bed linens did not seem clean, there was a fairly strong odor from both. The apartment itself was well laid out. Communications with the host were more challenging than we’ve previously experienced. We had to ask for checkin information several times and received it less than 36 hours before our arrival which when traveling internationally is not ideal. Ultimately Vrbo had to contact the host to provide that information to us. Also, we asked about checkout procedures, and got no reply.Perhaps there are mitigating circumstances, but it felt like the host maybe is not so interested in posting guests in this property anymore.
