My apartment had great views of the water side, I had plenty of room for just myself and was very happy to have access to a fridge and some basic cooking utensils. The bed was also very comfortable and the shower was great.
Don't expect to be able to cook complicated meals; this is quite basic. I would have loved a toaster for bread and bagels. The location is further away from the city centre. For me it was no problem as I was visting for work.

Almost perfect. One tiny tip would be to have a mirror in the bed/living area as well as the bathroom!

It is modern, clean, and well-equipped. Situated a little out of the city center, but it doesn’t matter because it is well connected. Especially taking the ferrys to the town center was easy, fun, and quick. The area is peaceful and beautiful. The top levels have a great view (level 4 and 5). The building is quite unique, and I liked that.
The view. I was basically looking into a stonewall (3rd level). If I had known, I would definitely have paid more to get the view, but it was impossible to deduct from the booking.com-site, which of the rooms had a view. I would love to stay there again, but I would book a different room.

The view from our apartment was spectacular.
The property was isolated from facilities such as shops, cafes, restaurants. There was no real communication with the property owners, no information about where to find facilities such as supermarket or laundry, and no information about public transport routes or stops.
Also the apartment lacked items such as toaster, television or laundry facilities. Definitely not recommended for short term international visitors, but too small for longer stays.
