The host was helpful.
Though we rented the flat because he had to bathrooms, upon arrival we learned that one one was fully functional. The shower in the second bathroom could not be used and the toilet was blocked. There was also an alarm that kept going off right outside the bedrooms at regular intervals throughout the day and night. The bell is disconnected and we only had one key so it was complicated when we were expecting someone to arrive. We were there during a heat wave and the flat has no air-conditioning or fans.

We were sent a key code and picked up the keys from a little mini market shop just a 5 minute walk from the apartment, very easy Apartment was in a great location just a 5 minute walk walk to town. Our host Rachel was very helpful, thank you
