Brilliant location - very accessible from motorway, 3min drive to a good size Tesco, 5min to petrol station & 15min walk into Padstow, with lots of amazing walks, beaches and pubs / restaurants nearby Excellent size living space, with a large sitting area in the living room and great TV, large and comfortable dining table with 8 chairs and large kitchen area Loads of parking - comfortably fits 4 cars (with EV charging) but could probably fit 5!

Cleanliness - the property was overall dirty, walking around the floors for half an hour would turn socks / feet black and we had to clean fridge, showers etc before using. Would have been incredibly unfortunately having children somewhere so unclean. Bins were full when we arrived and not collected during the week we were there - the smell would be terrible during hotter weather. Maintenance - some things were breaking / broken (e.g. shower handle in ensuite) which had been document for months in visitor book and not addressed Hard to keep cool - even though it wasn’t very hot while we were there, it was very hot, particularly in the bedrooms which made it hard to sleep. The blinds on the windows mean if you open them then you get woken at dawn. Poor design.
