These guys are a telephone call away to help. I honestly can not recommend this accommodation enough. Admittedly, we haven't tried every accommodation in Tromsø. However, I can, through my personal experience, the location of this particular accommodation in relation to museum/theatre/restaurant/cable car/cruises, for us was perfect.
We are still very much on cloud 9 for seeing the Aroura Borealis as clear as day, which is going to reflect on our personal experience.
In a nut shell......
It's a cracking apartment.

Pretty convenient and close enough to town
A bit hard to get the code of the house.

Cozy appartment on the top floor of the building, therefore some stairs but great view from the living room. You can actually see the northern lights right from the window. It got everything you need from cookware and cutlery to towels. Walk in to town is about 10min so easy to explore on foot. Host responds fast to questions and requests.
