About this apartment rental
A warm welcome to Balsfjordgata 3 - apartment Saltus.

Short walk to central Tromsø: Restaurants, the famous Rakettkiosken, Fjellheisen bus from Sjøgata, and the harbour is approx 15 min walk away. Polaria and bus stop 4 mins away. Grocery store across the street.
We have one parking space outside the building. It`s shared between the units and must therefore be requested at the time of booking. It`s 250NOK pr day.
Getting from the airport to your apartment is easy.
By taxi
Taxis wait just outside the arrival hall, and it`s a short ride to the apartment. Simply show the driver your address.
By city bus
The city bus stop is a short walk from the arrival hall (take the elevator down, go through the parking garage, and cross the street). Please buy your ticket in the Svipper app before you board, as cash is not accepted on the buses. Space for luggage is limited, so if you`re travelling with large suitcases, a taxi may be more comfortable.
Take bus 40 or 42 towards the city centre and get off at the stop Polaria. From there it`s a short walk to the apartment.
The apartment is located on the second floor.
The kitchen has the basics you need for cooking, a cozy sofa nook and a dining table. While having breakfast or dinner, you may enjoy the view to the Fjellheisen through the window.
A 7-minute walk from the apartment, you`ll find a range of restaurants, from casual pizza spots to fine dining.
Getting around is easy: a bus stop is just a 4-minute walk away, served by buses connecting you to the city center, the airport, and surrounding areas. The bus up to Fjellheisen departs from Sjøgata, about a 15-minute walk away.
House rules:
No animals and no smoking inside. If smoking outside, please do not throw the cigarette on the ground.
Please clean the kitchen for used plates/glasses etc. and turn on the dishwasher before checking out. Clean all pots etc.
Take out the garbage before you leave and put it in trash box outside of house.
