Appartement très spacieux, calme et confortable, avec une grande baie vitrée et terrasse donnant sur la ville. Très bien situé pour visiter la ville. Tous les renseignements sont clairs et tout est bien organisé.
La cabine de douche qui n'est pas étanche et transforme la salle de bain en petite piscine quand on prend une douche. Et la propreté qui n'était pas au top (tiroirs de cuisine sales à l'intérieur et poignées des tiroirs tout collants). Il manque aussi un peu de matériel de cuisine, comme par exemple une passoire pour égoutter les pâtes, des petites choses dont on a vraiment besoin lorsqu'on cuisine des choses basiques.

Sehr gute und ruhige Lage, nicht sehr weite vom Zentrum (ca.10 Minute Fußweg). Große Balkon mit schönen Ausblick. Große Wohnküche. Komfortable Sofa. Große Fernseher. Eigene Garage für Auto.
Duschtüren unten sind nicht ganz wasserdicht. Wenn das Duschwasser voll aufgedreht, wird die halbe Badzimmer überflutet. Bratpanne ist sehr alt. Bei Zubereiten von Rühreiern klebt es richtig.

Mooi uitzicht, ruim appartement.
Keuken leek wat wankel te zijn. Vloerverwarming in de badkamer kon niet geregeld worden dus deze stond loeiheet. Enerzijds leuk, anderzijds heel heet aan de voeten. Maar 1 sleutel ter beschikking. Wanneer je met meer dan 2 bent wel soms vervelend omdat je dan telkens rekening moet houden met elkaar.
