Clean, comfortable beds and close to the centre.
Bathroom shower window leaked onto the floor the floor and we couldn’t find the heating for the first night so it wasn’t warm enough. Found it behind the dining table the next day. Maybe mention this in the instructions for the apartment

Localização, espaço e velocidade de retorno do anfitrião quando eu tive duvida de algo.
Nada que comprometesse a estadia, mas o wifi não funcionava dentro do quarto e o chuveiro ficava quente durante cerca de 10 minutos, depois esfriava e era necessário esperar de 45 min. a 1 hora para esquentar novamente.

La vue dégagée.
A éviter. Les toilettes n'étaient pas propres, je les ai nettoyées et des résidus jaunâtres restaient sur le papier. De la poussière était restée sur le balai, posé dans la salle de bains. L'appartement est vieillissant, seule la salle de bains a le sol chauffant. Il faisait frais dans le reste du logement.
Enfin, j'ai dû contacter le gérant pour obtenir le code de la boîte à clé, et n'avais toujours pas de réponse deux minutes avant l'heure de check-in... La personne n'était pas arrangeante, pas de check in anticipé, ne serait-ce que 30 minutes d'avant, alors même que l'appartement était prêt. On a donc attendu avec les enfants devant la porte d'entrée. Expérience plutôt désagréable, on a vraiment l'impression d'être un portefeuille. Dommage pour notre dernière nuit à Tromso.
