Mieszkanie jest nowiutkie, dostępny sprzęt wysokiej jakości, osiedle bardzo spokojne. Duża zaleta dla podróżujących z psem lub dla osób regularnie biegających jest park/las tuż przy wyjściu z budynku. Łóżko w sypialni bardzo wygodne. Dodatkowa zaleta jest miejsce parkingowe w garażu.
Niestety miałam pecha, bo to raczej nie jest trwała wada mieszkania, i przyjechałam kiedy największy kaloryfer w salonie nie grzał a mieszkanie było wychodzone. Także pierwszej nocy, nie było zimno ale nieprzyjemnie chłodno. W mieszkaniu brakuje miejsca do odłożenia butów i kurtki. W kuchni jest tylko jedna mała patelnia i jeden garnek. Mocno słychać dźwięki z korytarza, na szczęście nie trafiłam na głośnych sąsiadów.
