Family & pet friendly beachside condo!

It felt like home right away, it was comfortable and it was in such a great location ! My family and I walked everywhere.

The stairs and floor outside were very slippery due to the sand

The property was really clean I will for sure be staying again

Where the Pool is at it need more Lightning but everything else it’s perfect

Location, area, structure itself, private pool,walking distance, has washer and dryer, nightly rate, apartment set up, Ac working, all appliances working.

Outdated apartment inside, yard around building and yard area around pool not kept neatly or freshened, broken pool/patio chairs (thankfully we noticed right away and no injuries) walking hazards in pool area, no security measures, lock or key to get in and out of pool area. Very small walkway into pool area by AC units, no other safety or spacious entrance. Apartment smelled like vinegar and not deep or rental standard clean seemed more like just slightly once over cleaned, almost as though as if it was actively lived in. Bath Towels, hand towels, pots, dishes, bed sheets, pillows, linens are all very outdated, dingy, stained, or dirty looking. Not reminiscent of a normal household, much less a hotel feel. Most things can be overlooked, but linens and bath essentials are extremely important when before traveling to have a vacation or traveling experience. If any of these things are things that are not able to be addressed or provided by the host, ir should be in the detail description prior to booking, things Such as not wheelchair accessible to pool area. Bring your own linens, pillows, and bath towels. Apartment is minimal, etc.. Attempted to communicate with host at booking to ask about early check-in, did not get a courtesy response, just to say if there was a fee or if it was not available. Just did not hear back.
