About this apartment rental
This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom multilevel home is the perfect family rental that will leave both, the kids and the adults happy. This unit is one of three in the building. The home has a large flat screen Streaming TV in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen and bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. A King size bed in the Master Bedroom and two Queen size beds in Bedroom #2. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and there is a washer and dryer vertical center conveniently located in the home. The Master bedroom has French door openings to the balcony overlooking the back patio and swimming pool area. Other amenities include WiFi throughout the property. Parking on the driveway for two vehicles (one behind the other one)
There are patio chairs in both, the back balcony and in the pool area. There is also a portable charcoal grill, and a round concrete table and benches, with a beach umbrella to enjoy an outdoor BBQ with a cold beverage.
The wonderful SPI beach is only a short walk away. It is about one block from the public beach access. The property is just a few steps away from Padre Boulevard, and within walking distance to several very good, such as PadreRita Grill and Black Beards, two of my favorites!
Enjoy the vast cuisine selection in SPI, or cook your own meals. The kitchen has most of the basics, but if you like to cook, please bring your favorite spices. Bath towels and one set of linens per bed are provided. You also get a startup-kit with some essentials, but we recommend you bring beach gear, including towels, additional everyday supplies and personal toiletries!
The island also has a lot of family oriented fun activities. Check some of them out at our site PadreVacation.
House-trained pets allowed through a small pet fee.(2 max) usually $59 per pet. If not included in the original quote, it may be charged after reservation is booked.

This house was the perfect size for my husband and I and our two children, ages 5 and 3.5. Overall, the house felt clean, except for the kitchen. The dishes in the kitchen were questionable if clean so we ended up cleaning everything before using it. The unit needs some updating and a new coat of paint would go a long way. The outside banisters were starting to rot as well. Each bathroom has a tub and shower head, however, the master bath’s shower had very little water pressure. We used the upstairs bathroom when showering. The stairs are tile and steep. We encouraged our toddlers to be careful and use the rails each time they used the steps - we didn’t have any problems. The pool area was awesome and a nice place to take a dip after spending the day on the beach. The beds were very comfortable!Overall, the unit was the right size for our family, but could use some updating. I would not deter someone from staying here, but just be aware that it could use some TLC.

Amazing condo. The location was perfect. Everything was nearby. No rowdiness. The pool was just perfect. A small perfect getaway just a few miles away from home. The stairs to the 2nd floor were a little too steep so my daughter had to stay downstairs on the sofa. We brought extra blankets for comfort which was a great idea.if you need knives do bring your own. Or knife sharpener

Perfect getaway. Easy walk to the beach, and close proximity to shops and restaurants. The house was nice and having a pool was a great alternative to the tar on the beach. Can't wait for next summer's trip.

Very nice place minutes to the beach and Bayside restaurant and bars close it does need a little tender, loving care but very adequate and very nice pool
