Check in very easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to metro station and the main attractions.

The location! Its nearby to duomo and plenty of restaurants nearby. And ofcourse kudos to the staffs for being very attentive and kind.
The amenities like no iron nor kettle. The room is pretty small to be honest and you can hear the noise from the room beside.

The Location is around 8min walk to Primark and all the stores, just walk as maps showing you. Room is tall and we had a very good offer were we payed 100 euro per night. We stayed 2 nights and it was perfect. If you pay more or stay longer, we would not recommend it because the bathroom should be renovated. We were not sure, maybe we get one of the older rooms. Noise outside in the morning because of Carrefour and constructions. The parking is 5min walk away, so its easy. Carrefour is directly there for your morning coffee, some bars and restaurants.
The shower/bathroom should be renovated, we had ants. Outside of the building was noise in the morning, our room was to the carrefoure side so they startet very early with noise. The rooms are in my opinion not worth for the regular price.

the location is very close to the duomo 10 minutes by walking but the building is old and a little bit not clean so many scratches on the wall. the reception is only available from 2:00 pm until 9:00 pm which is a minus.
