Great location just above the metro station, tram and bus stops connecting to all places across town. Duomo is 15 mins walk away and nice cafes and bars along the way. Super easy check in and out all done with responsive and kind staff over WhatsApp. Lovely, beautiful and super functional apartment in a nice building. Our room has a sofa to chill on even though it wasn’t in the photos when I booked (though mentioned in room description). The balcony of our room is facing the inner courtyard so very quiet yet gives lots of light which was very nice.

I was honestly a bit worried when booking at first because there were no reviews yet. However, the photos looked great and perfectly matched what I was looking for, so I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did. Sara, our host, responded to my messages immediately, which made me feel reassured right away. When we arrived, the check-in process was very smooth thanks to her clear instructions. We even arrived in the morning and were allowed to check in early for free, which is almost unbelievable in Europe, especially in Italy during a busy "Salone de Mobile" period. To our surprise, we were also welcomed with some delicious pastries from a top local bakery nearby, such a thoughtful touch. The apartment itself is excellent: very new, clean, and fully equipped with high-quality appliances. There’s plenty of storage space, which is super convenient for longer stays. Even the sofa bed was very comfortable to sleep on. The location is also great, you can easily walk to a nearby station and take the M4 line, then connect to M1. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and a pharmacy all within walking distance. Sara was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always reply to me immediately when I ask any question. She even came by to change towels and take out the trash when we requested. On top of that, she managed to arrange a car for us to Lake Como at midnight the night before, which is something most hotels wouldn’t be able to do. Highly recommend! We actually traveled around Italy afterward and decided to come back and stay here again in Milan, that says it all. The price is also very reasonable for the quality you get.

The only minor downside is that although the area is not crowded, but it can be a bit noisy at night. You may hear traffic sounds, including car horns, and occasionally people singing on the street.

La struttura è stata appena inaugurata, sono stato uno dei primi ospiti. L’arredo è molto bello ed è interessante il recupero che hanno fatto, in cui sono riusciti a creare stanze confortevoli e complete di tutti i comfort pur mantenendo i dettagli originali del palazzo, dai pavimenti agli stucchi a soffitto. La cucina era completa di tutto, comprese le capsule per il caffè. Il letto è molto comodo. Manca un comodino laterale ma per una permanenza breve va bene lo stesso. La posizione è centralissima, a due passi sia dalla metro gialla che dalla nuova metro blu ed anche a piedi si raggiunge comodamente piazza Duomo in 10 minuti. Devo infine segnalare la disponibilità e la gentilezza di Sara, l’host che mi ha accolto e assistito in tutto, sempre pronta a rispondere su whatsapp o al telefono per qualsiasi evenienza.

Se proprio devo segnalare qualcosa, l’insonorizzazione con il piano di sopra non era eccezionale, ma in ogni caso nelle ore di riposo notturne non si sentiva nulla.
