Super clean , amazing host , convenient location
The apartment was spotless and absolutely perfect. The host was super friendly, always ready to help with any recommendations or questions, and truly made this the best stay I’ve had in Italy. Just around the corner there’s a fantastic local pizza place with great food and amazing service, plus Pasticceria Poldo where the pastries are to die for—absolutely delicious and a must-try. Everything you might need, from a café to a small market, is only a one-minute walk away. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Comodo, tranquillo e molto pulito
Appartamento di recente ristrutturazione, silenzioso, comodo e pulitissimo. Letti comodissimi. Stazione ferroviaria facilmente raggiungibile per spostarsi comodamente senza utilizzare l'auto. Parcheggio privato con cancello. Host disponibile che ha saputo risolvere velocemente dei piccoli disguidi. Ottima colazione presso l'omonimo caffè/pasticceria.
Il riscaldamento degli ambienti, esclusivamente elettrico, per i mesi più freddi è sottodimensionato e andrebbe potenziato

Se dovessi ritornare a Genova ci ritornerò sicuramente.
Ottima la posizione, conad proprio di fronte, panificio all'angolo ed altri servizi proprio a portata di mano. Il proprietario è una persona veramente gentile e le ragazze della pasticceria altrettanto. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno anche offerto un dolce a nostra scelta veramente buono. Non parliamo della colazione veramente eccellente. I cornetti caldi e friabili, io ne ho mangiati addirittura 2!!! E devo dire anche economico (5 cornetti e 3 cappuccini abbiamo pagato all'incirca 10 euro). Al nostro arrivo la casa era pulitissima e profumata, una vera bomboniera!!!! Devo ammettere che al momento della prenotazione ero un pò scettica perché avevo paura che le recensioni non fossero del tutto veritiere (e chiedo venia per questo), ma dopo esserci stata posso affermare che è tutta verità! Ah, dimenticavo la cosa più importante: avere il parcheggio privato è stata veramente una salvezza!!! A Genova trovare parcheggio è come vincere il superenalotto. La consiglio vivamente anche per il rapporto qualità/prezzo.
L'unica nota diciamo negativa è stata il frigo per noi 4 troppo piccolo. Per rendere l'idea è quello da incasso che si trovano negli hotel, forse leggermente più largo, ma per il resto ripeto è eccellente!

Appartamento appena ristrutturato: bello ed accogliente. L’host é molto cordiale e fornisce uno sconto sulla colazione presso il bar/pasticceria di proprietà. Parcheggio privato.
Molto distante dal centro di Genova. Nelle ore di punta ci possono volere fino a 50 minuti per raggiungerlo.

L'accueil est formidable, le confort et la propreté du logement. Très bonne adresse pour visiter Gênes ou faire une étape.
