Абсолютно всичко, големина, красиво, заслужават си парите. Собственикът на апартамента е професионалист, личи че е човек с голямо сърце. Беше добър и загрижен по време на престоя!
Единствено когато ние се забавихме напуснахме апартамента малко по късно от 11 часа, за което поехме отговорността да се извиним, хигиенистката, която дойде да почисти се държеше ужасно и арогантно с нас, като ни гонеше и не спираше да ни обвинява, как ние сме я забавили с 10 минути, като че ли краят на света идваше! Правеше ни проблем защо сме спрели на съседнитото паркомясто за малко! Обадих се на Домакинът, той рейгира супер професионално, като ни каза че ще говори с нея, върнах се за забравен багаж, тя се държеше като че ли нищо не се е случило и се държеше добре явно след разговора със собственика! Благодарим за професионализма на домакинът!

Excellent place very convenient 10 minutes from metro station , easy parking , nice decoration, kitchen has everything needed for cooking. Appliances brand new.

The apartment was new, modern, very clean, and well-equipped. It was also extremely spacious, which made the stay very comfortable. A big advantage were the safety nets on every window and even on the balconies, which made it safe and convenient to keep the windows open. The apartment had two terraces with views from one sides, perfect for relaxing. The apartment is located on the 7th floor (this information was not given, so we had to check on different floors to find it), but thanks to that the views were really nice.
The location is very good – about an 8-minute walk to the metro station. What’s more, there is a shortcut: you can take the elevator down to the 2nd floor and exit through the back of the building, which saves you from walking around the whole block and leads directly to the path between the buildings.
Inside the apartment, all the necessary amenities were provided: a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, tea, coffee capsules, and spices, which was a very nice touch. On top of that, there was fast WiFi and air conditioning in every room, which was a huge advantage during hot days.
The host was very kind, communicative, and always willing to help. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and convenient thanks to the key box system.
As for the downsides, there was nothing that would really affect the stay. It’s just worth remembering to bring your own shampoo or shower gel, as is usually the case in private apartments. Also, since the building is very new, the elevator was still covered with protective foil from the construction, and on the right side they were still finishing the facade. Luckily, we didn’t hear any construction noise, probably because we stayed over the weekend.
