The Location is very near to Nervi's center and boasts a superb view on the sea, it has been recentily refurbished and the outdated details are somehow well managed from the new style.
Third floor without elevator is somewhat ok, loss of respect from the neighbour using the shared floor for his homeworks totally unwanted even if understandable.

A una vista sul mare
La ubicazione data del appartamento non era quella delle foto la sua ubicazione era piu in alto, poi se non hai una macchina o meglio se non sei abituato a fare salite e meglio trovare altro nelle foto che ho mezzo faccio capire il percorso pecato che non lascino mettere di piu. In quanto al apartanento si potreve andare e composto da divano letto nel soggiorno dove si trova la finestra con vista al mare a un cucinotto con piastra a induzione non molto comoda un frigorifero che non raffredda il acqua era appena appena fredda
