Incantevole affaccio sul mare
Appartamento ben arredato e ristrutturato, con un affaccio incantevole… direttamente sul mare. Posizione comoda per la stazione, e per le fermate degli autobus; apprezzata anche la vicinanza a bar e negozi di generi alimentari. Host gentile e disponibile. Esperienza quindi piu che positiva.

Sehr schönes Appartement mit herrlichem Ausblick
Das Appartement hat genau unseren Geschmack getroffen, sodass wir uns auf Anhieb wie "zu Hause" gefühlt haben. Es ist sehr funktional und zugleich schön eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz. Die zentrale Lage ist ein großes Plus: Ein kurzer Weg zum Bahnhof und zu Bussen, viele Cafés, Restaurants und Einaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir freundlicherweise vom Bahnhof abgeholt und das Check-In war informativ und unkompliziert. Francesco ist sehr angenehm und entgegenkommend. Auch seine vielen Tipps, die wir über WhatsApp erhielten, waren sehr hilfreich. Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit unschlagbarer Aussicht. Die Lage ist super, man hat alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Danke nochmal an den Host der uns alles detailliert erklärt sowie viele tolle Tipps mitgegeben hat.

Sensationelle Meersicht
Tolle Lage mit sensationellem Blick direkt aufs Meer; keinerlei Strassenlärm hörbar. Liegt an einer geschäftigen Strasse mit vielen kleinen Läden. Der nächste Supermarkt mit recht grossem Angebot ist keine 100 Meter entfernt, ebenfalls in der Nähe mehrere Bäckereien und Gemüseläden. Zum wunderschönen und langen Lungomare von Genova Nervi ist es nicht weit. Da kann man an schönen Abenden flanieren und den Sonnenuntergang geniessen, so echt italienisch. Aber auch Wanderungen in die Hügel sind möglich: Viele authetische alte Wege, und vor allem Treppenwege im steilen Gelände und immer wieder tolle Ausblicke aufs Meer. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuss am Bahnhof und kann von da nach Genova oder Richtung Süden, zum Beispiel Camogli, Sestri Levante oder in die Cinque terre fahren. Wohnung gut geheizt, also auch im Winter kein Problem. Die Heizung ist regulierbar.
Küchenzeile eher minimalistisch und nicht so praktisch eingerichtet. Zum Kochen von einfachen Mahlzeiten reicht es aber gut. Wände eher dünn und relativ schalldurchlässig. Man hört die Wohnungsnachbarn, was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat.
