It's basic, but it was clean with a comfortable bed. Don't expect more than that.

The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of space. The location was good, near lots of food places, and it wasn't far from my work. The kitchen was well fitted.

The bathroom sink was the smallest I've ever seen. The TV wasn't connected to any channels. And the front door is so thin you can hear everyone on the stairs going up and down and chatting. I arrived on a cold day, and the heating wasn't on, and there was only a small electric heater on the wall that took a while to warm up the place. The table side-lamp didn't even have a plug.

Location of apartments is fine - not far from the center(around 10 mins by bus). You'll find bus station, groceries and plenty of different stores nearby

I didn't like a lot of things. Please be aware that coming to this apartments host might forget you're coming and fail to send you information needed to enter apartments. Through booking I requested 13:00-14:00 as a gap for check in and host approved it, but later in the messages told apartment will be available after 15:00. One of the main disadvantages was that the door to apartment is not like front door type, it's simple room door, that's why during the night and early morning you'll wake up because you hear every single person walking the stairs, children jumping on the stairwell, people talking on the phone in the apartments in front of yours. Apartments are quite old, which is not visible from pictures, but walls are dirty. Bed slats were not stable and every time you're laying down/standing up from the bed they're falling down, so you need to lift the mattress and fix them, otherwise you'll be sleeping with the whole in the bed under you. Honestly I don't recommend to stay in this accommodation. Better to pay more, but spend time with more comfort

El lavabo era demasiado pequeño las escaleras sucias parecía que vivía un indigente en la entrada de las escaleras, el portal roto en general parecía un edificio en abandono,desde el apartamento se escuchaba todo el ruido del interior del edificio lo que no me permitió descansar. No muy atento el anfitrión ya que no me dio las indicaciones para mi llegada tuve que llamarle para pedirle las indicaciones necesarias.

Decepcionada

La ubicacion bastante bien, metro cerca y conecta facil con todo. El barrio bastante pobre…

Las sabanas sucias y con mal olor, toallas y habitacion olian realmente mal. Informé de ello y nadie hizo nada. La TV solo es de adorno, no habia antena por lo que no se podia sintonizar nada. La ducha apenas tragabas, el calefactor descolgado, enchufes rotos… me gustó el concepto apartamento y por eso lo cogí, pero por poco dinero mas hubieramos cogido un hotel donde todo esto no habria pasado, ya que responden mucho mas.

Estaba bien, pero la habían detalles en el piso que mejorar. Arreglar la cerradura del baño por ejemplo.

Sería perfecto si colocaran toallas, juegos de sábanas adicionales, cubiertos, y agua.

Que tuviera cucarachas y que las tablas de la cama se caen mientras duermes y te tienes que estar levantando a ponerlas, con lo cual no dormimos mucho

No reservar

Nada porque el anfitrión el mismo día cuando llegué a bruselas, justo al bajarme del autobús me llegó una notificación de que me habia cancelado la reserva cuando antes ya estaba todo hablado de que estaba hecho la reserva con exito.

Actos como el que me hizo esta persona deben de ser denunciables, el mismo momento de bajarme de un autobús para llegar a la ciudad quedarme sin donde dormir.
