The inside of the property was perfect for just a couple for one night - it was clean and the couch and bed were very comfy. Just a warning there are no windows - I personally liked it because it was easy to sleep in.
The location was not the best. The door is located in a back alley, with a bunch of garbage and graffiti. It’s good because it’s central to downtown, but definitely doesn’t feel the safest. I would not stay here alone as a woman, but as a couple I felt fine.

I like the location and the place is pretty neat.
The portable heater is not sufficient to heat the apartment. I’m wearing my jacket and socks all the time inside the apartment. The Wi-Fi connection is always dropping-out. I ended up using my mobile data to get proper internet connection. No window.
