The basement apartment was great. Very clean and spacious and perfect for my husband and I. They had great amenities as well

Location was quiet
Room was quiet and private (some vacuuming upstairs above bedroom)
Found a sticky mess on floor near living room table
No instructions for coffee machine or shower
Bed was too high with only one side table
Stairwell and entry door had too many levels
Cupboards were installed for folks who were over 6 feet
